Tuning up my TravelMate 7730G-654G32Mn

Long story short: bought myself another laptop completely alike my old one exept from the ‘654G32Mn’ - the old one was 844G25Mn.
Installed my Samsung ssd and an older hdd. Its running Win7Ult.64bit. All works fine and i have eneugh storage now. My Windows experience
Has climbed from 3,8 to 5,8 and i feel the difference, but..
WHAT IF - i would want to tune up my machine in terms of: RAMs (now: 2x2 ddr2 SoDimm) and maybe also the cpu (can i overclock it?)
in all: tune up my machine so i would get more speed...
any experience out there with what to do and especially how to do it. I don’t find it nessesary to get a new one before i have tried to trim/tune up this one...

This model no longer supports upgrades.
It is not possible to change processor, perform a secure overclock, or a dedicated video card.
It's already an outdated model.
It supports at most 4Gb of RAM (2x2Gb) DDR 667Mhz.
