Aspire ES1-732 Notebook Realtek audio driver kills the mouse

I have been trying to help a friend with his Win10 new notebook (less than a year old) ES1-732). i am about 99% sure it has to do with the Realtek audio HD driver. When I disable it via Device Manager the PC works fine but of course the audio is dead. When driver is enabled the mouse (curser) disappears and KB also is not functioning. I can't update driver to test because Windows reports that the driver installed is the best one available. Sometimes I can make it desktop and mouse disappears randomly after a short period and sometimes mouse is missing at logon after a hard shutdown (hold pwr button 5 seconds) and reboot. Can't even login because no mouse or KB. Restored several times and it worked but after a short time Windows updates the driver even though I installed a program named "Wub.exe" which is supposed to stop Windows from ever updating but it does anyway. Any ideas are welcome. Thanks.

First, what exact model of the laptop?
Example: ES1-732-P9GT

Does the problem only occur with an external mouse or touchpad as well?

At this moment I can't give you the last 3 digits of model because friend is away. It "seems" as if the screen freezes but there is no way to tell because the KB, track pad and mouse are dead. I can't even do CTRL-ALT-DELETE to get to Task Manager. He uses a wireless mouse with dongle in USB but I brought my wired mouse and it did not work also. At first I thought he had a USB problem but when I finally DISABLED the Realtek Audio it rebooted and everything worked fine but no audio. When I re-enabled Realteck while up and running it still worked. When I restarted to check if it was fixed all stopped working again. This is why I think it's the audio driver problem. Thanks again.
