If you have made your backup, try this:

 

Turn off your computer. Turn back on and hit ALT+F10 immediately and keep tapping until it tells you that windows is loading files. This should get you into the recovery partition of the hard drive so that you can reinstall windows and the comptuer to factory defaults.
