Critical process died

Since an update in December, my computer has been crashing, with a blue screen saying critical process died.

In the last two weeks it has accelerated to crash every 15 mins with message saying ’no bootable device’ or stuck on Acer booting screen.
I have tried resetting the pc and it doesn't work either.

Also, no one seems to pick up my phone call on technical support line and it hang up on me after 5 mins. Bit poor in terms of after service

Please advice what to do.
