Open Device Manager. Cick 'display adapters' folder. What nvidia driver version number do you have is listed? Jack E/NJ

That doesn't seem to be an ACER driver. Where and when did you get it? Jack E/NJ

Yes. Where did you download it from? If you don't know, it probably was from a Win10 update. Open Control Panel. Search 'restore point'. Click 'create a restore point' in the left pane. Click 'system restore' button. Click 'next'. Do you see a restore point with a date time stamp on or about Apr 1? Jack E/NJ

If the rollback option is available in Device Manager. But rollback is grayed out and doesn't seem to be available in your screenshot. You could uninstall it and then try to install the latest ACER nvidia driver for your laptop at this link https://global-download.acer.com/GDFiles/Driver/VGA/VGA_NVIDIA_388.63_W10x64_A.zip?acerid=636579889236711717&Step1=NOTEBOOK&Step2=ASPIRE&Step3=ASPIRE E5-575G&OS=ALL&LC=en&BC=ACER&SC=PA_6Jack E/NJ

It looks OK. If it's still acting the same way after logging in, when did you purchase your laptop? Jack E/NJ

OK. I'd like to check your 'restore point' settings again. Open Control Panel. Search 'restore point'. Click 'create a restore point' in the left pane. Is system protection turned on? Jack E/NJ

Click the "system restore" button again in that same 'system properties' section. Click 'next' again. You said the last time there were no restore points listed. But is there an empty box that says 'show more restore points'. If yes, checkmark the box. Do you see any restore points now? Jack E/NJ
