Acer XF270H Screen Tearing bad!

Hello all,

New here! I've been searching up and down the internet, with no luck in finding a straight forward answer.

My screen is tearing...Its a 144hz panel - 1 ms response time - "Gaming Monitor" - My games run from 100-140 FPS...I've tried FreeSync, VSync, locking frame rate, etc... everything the internet tells me to do. Nothing appears to be working. I'm stumped. Is it time to upgrade the monitor? Is it a faulty monitor? Is it my PC hardware?

PC Specs:
CPU - i5-7600k
GPU - GTX 1060 6gb
RAM - 16 GB Corsair Vengence 3000Mhz

    What connection cable are you using?
    Have you tried changing the cable?
    Have you already tested the monitor on another PC?
    Only occurs in games?

    I've used the DisplayPort cable that came with the monitor as well as one i purchased - Same result. I have not been able to test the monitor on another PC. That is my next step. And I also have not noticed it except for in-game, but dont do much other "intensive use" using this panel...not sure how else to test it...i don't really notice on youtube videos or anything...

    Are your video drivers from both Intel HD Graphics and Nvidia up to date?
    Is the board set on the High Performance Panel and on the power options as well?

    Yes everything is up to date. And everything is set to High Performance.

    So after some troubleshooting, the screen does not tear in "Borderless" Only in Fullscreen is where I continue to see issues.
