    Hi MaClane,
I'm installing from a USB stick. After installation I push the restart button and the PC stops working. After restarting the PC I try to sign in and the PC stops working.

    Good Morning Smurfen !

    Is the installation completed normally?
    Is Grub installed?
Do not access any of the 2 operating systems?
Ubuntu was installed in UEFI mode with GPT system?

Try adding 'nomodeset' in grub when booting.

    Here's how: https://askubuntu.com/questions/38780/how-do-i-set-nomodeset-after-ive-already-installed-ubuntu

Once you have access to Linux, update the video drivers correctly.

    Hi MaClane,
I'm using Rufus to create a USB-image. Partition is set to GPT and Target system to UEFI(non CSM).
    The installation generate no errors.
After installation I push the restart button and the PC stops working.
I restart the PC, get the GNU GRUB version 2.02, select Ubuntu and get the sign in screen.
I sign in and the PC stops working.

    Hi MaClane,
I'm not getting the sign in screen when I add 'nomodeset'.
