Unconditional Format of Acer Aspire V3-571G Hard Drive

I purchased my Acer Aspire V3-571G RWK laptop in Dec 2012. It came with Windows 7 pre-installed. I have since upgraded to the free online version of Windows 10. On a previous computer, I had Windows 95, 97, 98 and 2010 all of which had CD/DVD disks, so I was able to format my hard drive and re-install my system files.
With my Acer though, I have no disks - so how do I format my hard drive please? I was also told that Acer has some program hidden on my hard drive that could get deleted in a format. A Microsoft technician told me to buy a blank USB and then to contact ACER as they may need to put those programs/files onto the USB. Secondly how do I create a 'Boot Disk / USB please? Windows 10 is free to download from Microsoft servers, so Acer doesn't need to give you any physical copy of it.

just download the official tool and follow the onscreen instructions.

I own a model identical to yours and it came yes with a recovery partition of the Acer operating system! To access this recovery partition, you must enable the d2drecovery function in bios and then press alt + f10 before the Acer logo! I think in fact, your model came with windows 8!
