Today my laptop battery was completely discharge and while it was charging around 85% it began some beeps.
the first short beep is every 3-4 minutes with the second short beep 10 seconds after.

i reset the battery and also switched the ram. The beeps were continuing in the same time cycle . However when the battery is completely charge the beeps stop.

Now I know 2 short beeps usually means ram issue, I am just trying to figure out what’s the exact cause of the beeps or is there some underlining issue I am missing ?thanks in advance

Should be OK then.  Ignore the occasional beeps if no other problems arise. Set Control Panel 'change what the power buttons do' app so that they all are set to 'sleep' as shown below. Jack E/NJ

How do you know it was completely discharged? Did it shutdown unplugged with no low battery warning? Jack E/NJ

I had it on sleep unplugged, I had to plugged it to the charger to turn into back on where it began charging.

It's probably OK. I suspect the charger might have gotten a bit too warm after charging a dead battery. It might've have tripped itself off a few times as if being unplugged from the wall mains socket. This wuld causes a beep. You can test this by pulling the charger plug from the wall socket. Do you hear the same kind of beep? Jack E/NJ
