Acer Nitro 5 Stuttering slow
So I have a Acer Nitro 5 ANA515-53-52FA with 16 GB of ram 1TB HHD. I recently Undervolted the CPU due to power limit and thermal throttling, I used Intel Extreme Tuning and undervolted to several different marks but I found -0.150 to be the best. The highest I undervolted was -0.170 because I would crash at -0.180. I did overclock the CPU once and put it at 0.50 but that lasted before I changed it back because of fears of damaging my CPU. Right now everything is default the CPU is not undervolted nor overvolted or overclocked, but lately I've noticed when switching tabs or clicking a different tab or clicking a new page will freeze my music or video I have in the background for about 2 seconds and will begin playing again. I also have noticed on roblox which is a CPU intensive game that I can only go about 20 minutes with out my frames dropping. My question is did I damage my CPU and to what extent. I try downloading intels Processor test but says their are errors making it unable to download. I want to know if my CPU has permant damage and is it fixable.
