My unit - Acer One 11 (Model N16Q9) - is totally out of space with only Windows 10 Home 64 bit installed - Low disk space - it is practically useless since I can't install any program. Does anyone have any suggestions/solutions?

I though maybe I could restore it to factory settings but then what? How do I stop it from updating itself?  Please help. Thanks

    Good afternoon ChristianM !

This model has no expansion slot.
So the ideal is to use an external USB driver to store all personal files.

    Hi MaClane,

I am aware of the expansion slot - my point is that on this unit I have ONLY the Windows 10 operating system installed and NOTHING else and the OS is taking up the entire hard disk! I can't install any additional program...

I don't know how to tackle this issue.  Maybe I should do a system restore and find a way to block Windows from updating itself...?

Thanks for any help you can pass along.
