The laptop won't turn on.

I purchased it from Amazon in December 2018, but my laptop won't turn on after it was powered off during use yesterday. I am in Korea now and it is hard to repair because it is not imported from Korea.

When you connect a laptop charging cable, the orange light flashes and does not illuminate. Even though the battery was disconnected and the power cable was connected, the symptoms were the same.
This is the same symptom when pressed with a pin on the battery reset pinhole.

to be in need of assistance I hope you get a quick answer on how to deal with it.

Does the battery charging LED continue to flash or blink when the charger is plugged in? Does it have a blink code pattern like 1 second on 1 second off or 1 second on and 3 seconds off? Jack E/NJ
