I know only HK and K series are overclockable but in XTU there is some voltage settings of Turbo Boost, if I take them higher would it increase the performance and heat? Or will it kill my PC?

In this case increasing the voltage will even reduce to clocks even further.
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

There is no point increasing the voltage, instead you can undervolt for better temps.

How can I prevent CPU to not going down to 2.89 Ghz? I mean how can I increase the performance of Turbo Boost?

Use HWiNFO to check the CPU temperature, as it might be throttling.
