Why is BIOS 1.28 better than 1.26 on my TravelMate Spin B118-RN

Memory in this notebook has got 1600MHz so why should I downgrade?

    BIOS firmware changes --- up or down ---  should NEVER be applied unless the machine has a serious problem. What problem is the machine having that you feel a downgrade would fix? If none, then don't try to fix a problem that doesn't exist. Jack E/NJ
