Hello Sir,

Good day to you!  Sir I have ACER One S1002 All in One device and i am facing the camera issue screen is coming in vertical position front and back camera selection, as it has to show in horizontal position.

I have reset the the windows10 builtin with ACER S1002 and update all the windows drivers, but when I am going to open camera the screen size is showing on vertical position for both side front and back camera and even in Skype also.

I have also uninstall the camera device by device manager and update by windows but the result is same.  I am facing a bit issue by my best machine and need a fine solution for it.

Looking forward to the expert opinion so i can use it normally.

Kind Regards,
Syed

    Good night Syedihtisham !

First, try upgrading your laptop drivers.
    Mainly the Platform Drivers Installer.
    Link: https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/support-product/6142?b=1

If it does not work, go to the Device Manager, right click on the Webcam and have it removed.
Restart and let Windows reinstall the driver automatically.

Try updating all your drivers with Driverpack (https://drp.su/pt-br) or Driver Booster (https://www.iobit.com/pt/driver-booster.php)
