WebCam Issue

Hi,

Recently my laptop is not recognizing my integrated laptop. I have an Acer Aspire R, R5-571TG-7229. I'm on Windows 10. I receive this error message: 0xA00F4244<NoCamerasAreAttached>.


I have already tried reinstalling the Microsoft Web App. The camera is not in the device manager. I have not been able to locate a driver for the the webcam so I haven't been able to reinstall it. I tried rolling back the Windows update but I received an error where Windows indicated that it cannot be rolled back.

Any assistance would really help as I enjoyed using this laptop quite a lot but no webcam is bothersome.

 You can perform reset without affecting your files. doing this would remove all software that was installed and brings back to original settings. This can resolve the issue.
