Cpu Overheat

When on the charger Cpuz shows a clock speed of 3997mhz and cpu voltage goes up also. Looks as though Turbo boost has been started. When playing modern warfare 2 the cpu temp goes up to 97 or 98 c almost immediately and says there, the keyboard and top half of the laptop gets Very Hot, that concerns me Cool boost is turned on. When off the charger the Cpu speed shows stock speed of around 2300 MHz and the voltage drops of also. I can play as long as the battery stays up and the temps are always below 70c and mostly in the 50's and 60's. Is this the way this is set up looks like turbo boost is causing the temp spike, Gpu temp has never been an issue. Room temp. is 75 to 78f. Does anyone else have the same issue? If so have you found a solution? Thanks in advance

You should change the thermalpaste, i dont understand why they use so low grade one.

But if yuo dont want to do that, you can also undervolt with Intel XTU program, just set it to offset -0.15v and you should drop 10'ish c in temperatures
