Hello there!
I purchased a Acer Chromebook 11 CB311-8H-C5DV back in November of 2018.  Everything works pretty great with the Chromebook except for one thing.
A few months ago I did a 'battery_test' and 'battery_firmware info' in a CROSH shell (Control-Alt-T) and found the health of the battery at 97% with only a few battery cycles.
Now I did a battery test now (a few months later) and the battery health is now at 87.01% with only 9 cycles.
This is super unusual.  Is there a way to recalibrate the battery?  And no, there is no hole to disconnect the battery like in other models.
Thanks in advance.

Seems normal to me. You could probably cycle it a bit more than you have been doing. It'll stabilize and maybe even go back up again. Jack E/NJ

Google never seems to get those numbers right... I just ignore them on mine, but recalibrating by going through several full power cycles seems to help.
