Part Number: NH.Q4AEK.002
Bios: v1.24

So recently I have been noticing a decrease in sound in my fans. At first I was like good but I then checked nitrosense to discover that even under 100% load, the cpu fan was spinning at about 2500RPM max while the GPU fan was 4000 - 5000 RPM. I decided to turn on the max fan speed and It still did not work. Gpu fan was 6122RPM and CPU fan was 2500RPM. I tried reinstalling nitrosense but to no avail. Also this had started when I was on a previous BIOS version so I ruled out that this is a BIOS issue.

Here are some screenshots to show:

Also in this screenshot I found it wierd that with coolboost on the cpu is at 600RPM while the gpu is at 2500RPM:

It is possible that the fan is not lubricated, so the friction is preventing from spinning faster.
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.
