Your full model number is usually on the same sticker as your serial number, it should look something like TC-780-xxxx. Describe what is happening and any changes you have made recently. Then describe what you have tried so far to diagnose or fix it. Typically if the fans spin up that just means they are getting power and not that the motherboard is getting initialized.
