computer restarts at random during the night Aspire E 15 (E5-575G-55NW)

So I have what seems to be an extremely specific issue. My Aspire E 15 (E5-575G-55NW) seems to restart randomly during the night, it doesn't happen during the hours that I'm using it (in fact, it happens exclusively during the off hours), there's no indication that any updates have occurred and it doesn't happen often enough to warrant being a major issue (maybe once a month or every couple of months), It doesn't happen often, however, I'm a student, and when it happens it means I lose pages of notes, hours of work on an assignment and access to sources for papers. Basically it's generally frustrating and as always taking to google has been pretty much useless so I figured I'd take the next step and ask on a forum myself

Open Control Panel. Search 'button'. Click 'change what the power buttons do' in the left pane. Click 'change settings that aren't currently available'. Scroll down and uncheck the box for fast startup. Jack E/NJ
