Buggy Product Acer Predator Helio 300 - Acer Predator PH315-51

I am a very happy customer where facing two issues in my laptop, now I feel i wasted my money to dump company,,,
First issue https://community.acer.com/en/discussion/557542/backlite-is-turn-off-automatically-acer-predator-helios-300#latest till now not solved,

Now the camera is not opening. Something Went Wrong, If You need it, here the error code: 0xA00F4271<MediaCaptureFailedEvent> (0x80070018) error is showing while opening the camera, neither skype camera is opening. In device manager under Camera section USB Boot is showing lol...

And in the driver's section no driver for the camera. great support.

That could solve and camera is not very important

Ohk, leme tell gud **** incident, planned to clean install the windows by formating. After Formate Windows camera start work. And Everything work fine. And on Devivce manager On camera section it Shows HD Webcam, but after two days it change to USB Boot again, This **** **** is happened.
Now to use Camera, have to formate Windows Every Time????

For some reason, windows is updating this driver! have you tried uninstalling and removing the driver in the device manager?

Uninstalling still USB boot is showing. Acer should provide Drivers for Their Hardware.

The drivers for the notebook cameras, are provided by microsoft!

So from where I get a solution???? Seriously Now M thing wasted 1000k Dollar to get blame blame support, even Microsoft team saying Acer have to give a solution, now from here Microsoft will give a solution.
