Warranty status check online

When i check my warranty status online it shows it is still active, however when i try to live chat or call the support number it sends me to the third party saying my warranty is expired and gives me no option to talk to a representative. How do i get to talk to acer warranty support?

    Send email. Even mine showed warranty starting on the date when the store got it from Acer. And after emailing them a copy of my purchase receipt, they updated the warranty coverage to 2 years from my purchase date.
    What email would be best to reach them at?

    Just want to remind that not all countries are available for online warranty check for ex my system doesn't show up in the online warranty check system only way to confirm its to contact acer support themselves
