Did you make sure that the Nvidia GPU is active while playing these games?

Have you tried updating the Intel graphics drive too? Where did you download the drivers from Acer or Nvidia?

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

The GPU usage should always be at 100%, so that is normal. The CPU temperature is too high as well, because 94C at only 20% usage is just unacceptable. Repaste is definitely needed here.

95C for the GPU is too high, when it shouldn't be higher than 83C. Your GPU is heavy throttling, hence the low fps in games. You can try undervolting the GPU with MSI afterburner, but it won't be enough, therefore you have to either repaste the CPU and GPU yourself or contact Acer.

No, a laptop cooler won't help in your case.

If there are no Acer service centres in your region, then there should be service centres that are authorised by Acer to do warranty repairs.
