bought my Aspire vx5 591G for well over 2 years now, ive kept it very ver clean throughout and made sure it was well maintained sadly the laptop is always overheating now, im sitting on 60idl which is 10 degrees way too much for idle and any games i run it spikes up to 90c upwards to 100c which will end up with the laptop overheating
And i was wondering if anyone is experiencing this and what they did to fix it? i will replace the thermal paste just to be sure thats an easy job but i don't know if it is enough to be honest the fans are working well theres heat coming out and they ramp up they just cant keep up anymore i guess....
Any advice is appreciated

You can also try undervolting the CPU to further reduce the temperature. For repasting I suggest you to use high quality thermal paste like thermal grizzly kryonaut.
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.
