    Hi

Your mainboard doesn't get it ( check in the Bios or command Windows <wmic baseboard get serialnumber>).
It can happen if mainboard was not changed by Acer Repair center or technician, who replaced the mainboard, has forgotten it.

    Regards

You need to contact acer service if the product was repaired by them or if you bought it recently.

I wanted to write Acer support : https://www.acer.com/worldwide/
Choose your country, you explain that there is no serial numner on the mainboard, only the model name.
Then nothing appear on Acer Care center or the Acer software here.

Press the Winkey+Rkey. Enter 'cmd'. At the command prompt enter 'wmic bios get serialnumber'. The result is your machine's unique serial number id (SNID). Jack E/NJ
