I recently bought an Acer Aspire E 15 Laptop. Model no. is  E5-576G-74VD. It came with a Linux based OS platform.

I installed fresh OS Windows 10 Professional x64. all thing are good except for the touchpad. it is not allowing using any gestures such as the two fingers scroll. Acer drivers set for windows 10 does not include any touchpad drivers and windows update didn't install any. Any propositions?

Try setting the touchpad to advanced and/or standard mode in the BIOS main tab. Jack E/NJ

Hi JackE, I have the same problem, no available touchpad drivers, though a different laptop, I'm not a computer guy---where do I find the Setup Utility box above so I can attempt to change the Touchpad setting to advanced? Thanks!

BuckheadDaveShut the computer completely off. Then turn it back on and immediately start tapping the F2 key. The BIOS menu should appear. Go to the BIOS Main TAB and look for the touchpad option and change it to advanced or basic mode. Then press F10 to save settings and exit the BIOS menu. Jack E/NJ
