Power Problems on Acer Aspire E1-421

Hi!
Could you help me...
I've Acer Aspire E1-421 when i turn it on and off the laptops without battery (only adaptor plugged in) it runs normal
When i put the battery (the adapter NOT plugged in) also runs normal. BUT when i plugged the adapter, the battery IS NOT charging.
BUT IF i take off the battery, then i plugged the adaptor and i install the battery again (adaptor already plugged in) the battery is CHARGING.
The battery could run 2 hours, and i think its normal. The problem is when i charge it. It only can charge if the battery take off first, plug the adaptop and install the battery.
It cannot charge when the battery already in laptop.

The battery's internal controller has failed. You need to replace the battery. Google e1-421 battery for vendors near you. Should be about $20usd. Jack E/NJ
