Acer Aspire E17 need assistance

I need help from Acer technical support because my Acer Aspire E17 was hacked and my computer bogged down when I was doing webinar thru webex yesterday feb27, 2019. I bought this laptop in  2016 and asked Acer Technical support  to remove the virus as my user password was locked so I paid Acer in 2017. Then my computer was in trouble again in 2018 as it was stalled so I reset it so when I tried to access I found my Accounting software such as QuickBooks, and Sage50 Sage300 were missing. I have CDs but it couldn't be installed again. The Acer App Explorer and BYOC is not found. Can I request download  missing apps from Acer and antivirus?
