I am deperate, please help

Hello, since last week my computer got a kernel trap bluescreen, and now they keep appearing every 5-10min no idea why i tried almost everything i even reinstalled windows, now im planning on shipping it back to acer for repair, this computer costed all of my savings and i only have it for like 2 months now, where do i ship it or does anyone know a solution i can try?

    Try an ALT+F10 coldboot full-factory reset as shown in the video below. If it doesn't resolve the problem, it is likely a hardware issue and should be returned for ACER warranty repairs. Jack E/NJ

    Hi, thanks for replying, do i keep my filles or should i remove everything and re install everything including windows?

    It's best to backup your personal files then do a full factory reset by erasing everything. But you could first try to keep your files for a partial factory refresh. A refresh isn't as good but if it solves the problem that's all that's needed. Jack E/NJ
