ACER PREDIATOR HELIOS 300 I7 8TH GEN 1060 GAMES LAGGING

I recently rebooted my laptop and previously all heavy games were smooth but after the format, I can't play any heavy games (lagging, fps drop) .. I have every software with the latest update , I watched ever videos to fix the issue with fps, but I can't play games fed up with this Acer product never going to buy or recommend anyone to buy Acer products. even the peoples working in Acer don't know what the problem is stupid.i recommended my laptop to my friend but surely he is not going to buy this ***** ***** laptop...
 
I watched " https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XTPMwQKlfPE " ... the is issue is "fps"  previously assassins creed, and all other games were working fine (lagging) after I reinstalled windows 10  all the games in my pc are lagging.. what details do you need for this problem to be solved ...

    @yudish why are you double posting your issue you already opened a thread here and was already asked by me and by @MaClane what u have done to it u didnt replyed and its not swearing taht you will get any help if you are not happy with it i suggest return it and go elsewhere i will not comment anymore on your issue as you didn't replied on anything that was asked so at least from me you will not get any help and i doubt your swearing and double post and saying Acer gaming laptops are rubbish will not help either u will not earn anything by coming here with your attitude you will just loose anyway have a great day i'm out on this one i refuse to help anyone with your kind of attitude also have my doubts if any Acer staff will jump to help either so whoever is willing to jump in please do

    As I understand it, your device started to show FPS drops in some games after reinstalling Windows 10, correct?
    Previously everyone was running normally, right too?

    If the answer is YES to both facts, then THERE IS NO ABSOLUTELY WRONG with the Acer device.

    The problem is clearly software, particularly with Windows 10.

    Am I right?
