Hi,
I just recently bought this laptop :
Acer Swift 5 SF515-51T-76AE NX.H69EF.008 15.6"

I formated it and installed Windows 10 Professional.
I try to install the 13 drivers listed in this page :
https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/support-product/7852?b=1

I could install all of them except :
- VGA Driver 24.20.100.6287  . Reason ==> error message : "This installation package is not supported by this processor type". How come ?
- Audio Driver. Reason ==>  device not listed in "Device Manager"

So everything is working except two things :

1) I cannot adjust the brightness with the FN keys. I have tried a lot things (in the windows system settings).
What can i do to fix this ? It is blinding me, it is way too bright. I have to wear sunglasses until i fix this.

2) There is no sound.
How can i install the audio driver (Realtek ?) if there is no Realtek device detected ?

I searched the net for these 2 problems. Apparently a lot of people have encountered them but none of the solutions
suggested worked.

Can i get a recovery media from acer ? I did not make a recovery for Windows 10 Home that came installed on the laptop.
I guess it would help to see which drivers and drivers versions are used by default.

Thanks for helping.

    Hi,
So i installed the latest build of Windows 10 Professional (build 1809, codenamed Redstone 5) and guess what ?
All is well, everything is working.
All drivers were automatically installed. I did not have to install them manually.

Forgot to mention that I also upgraded the system BIOS : from 1.02 to 1.03.
It did not solve my 2 problems (brightness and audio).

    Any idea ?
    Thanks in advance.
