I've just disabled the Hyperthreading in bios.(my CPU is i5-8300H , 4C/8T). After changed, the system became to 4C/4T. I'd like to recover it, but the issue is I can't find the Hyperthreading disable/enable options in the "Advanced" menu anymore. Could you please give me some advice if you have the same issue. Thank you in advance.

you can try to load default settings from BIOS, enter BIOS and press F12 key, then press F10 key to save and exit.
update your BIOS to 1.22 too

@IronFly , thank you very much. I may need to backup before update the bios, I'm afraid of the risk regarding system failure during update. Anyhow I'll feedback the result soon.

    Hi IronFly, and everyone

The problem has been solved, the 2nd Advanced menu is recovered even overclocking option and so on. I'm able to enable the HT again, I have sent over 5 emails to Acer Support Team for nothing. They ignored me with no reply more than a week, for sure this Nitro is my last Acer gadget regarding very bad services. (I decided to choose this one because of the 3-years-onsite service, but I have already discovered the meaning of this by myself, DIY is the answer !!)

Thanks the community especially IronFly, keep going !!

@ egydiocoelho , sorry for late response. After many of months passed, I can say like this "There is no tricky key to access the 2nd Advanced menu in the BIOS menu". I have tried everything even flashing the BIOS. No way to access it. BUT !!!!! , in finally, I was able to access it again and return my CPU to 4C/8T with happy. Just a one thing that I can share is "If you want to access the hidden 2nd Advanced menu, you must wait and wait !!. The BIOS access key is just the F2 key. Yes, very simply right? After the last access you just have to wait, maybe 1 month or 2months and you might have a chance to access it again. Maybe, there is another way to access it. Because the 2nd time that I was able to access it, it was the day after I just recovery the Windows OS (because of virus infected, the CloudNet + Tiworker.exe, I lost full of 2 weeks to recover but unfortunately, so I decided to recovery it) it might be concerned. Please try both if you want to and get funny with your BIOS. Good Luck !!
