UEFI Secure boot

I have reinstall my windows 10 I cant boot on secure boot I can only boot in legacy mode....when I turn on the secure boot it shows no bootable device found....how can I turn on the UEFI Secure boot is there is any kind of driver of UEFI firmware. Please help me.

    You must install Win10 from a GPT-partition USB pendrive, not MBR-partition. Use Rufus to convert the USB pendrive to GPT FAT32 with the Win10 iso installation file. Jack E/NJ

    okay so can you tell me how can I install Win10 from a GPT give some instructions I don't know. Please help me
