Is there any Update tool for Thunderbolt 3 - Acer Aspire V Nitro vn7 792g?

Hi,
I saw many questions regarding updates for Thunderbolt 3 for Acer Nitro series since 2016.
Is there any update tool that works? 
I have updated bios to latest 1.09.
and installed latest driver and firmware v. 15 for thunderbolt from acer official site.

    Unfortunately this method didn't fix my problem.
    Why Acer didn't release update yet, its been a while form last update?

    For all of you who want to use a thunderbolt 3 for eGpu, this controller can support external graphics but you dont have new firmware that will work with exernal graphics. You will need at least nwm v16.

    So that’s the answer, no support at all for an egpu...I really wished I’d known that before buying all the hardware to set one up.

    I see lot of us have same issue.
     Maybe we can together sent some form of request to acer support.

    This is ridiculous. I tried Acer Chat and got a third party person that told me to post here or try Acer Chat...wtf.
    How does one get a simple answer whether the laptop supports an EGPU???

    Hey Acer support. How are you guys even remotely assuming that any of us will ever buy another product from you, when you can't at least try and solve this problem, which clearly, many people have?
