My laptop gives:
Witcher 3 - 720p low : 40fps;
Call of Duty WWII - 720p low: 30-40fps;
Metro 2033 - 720p low: 40fps;
Apex Legends - 720p low: 20-40fps (extreme drops);

I think the laptop should be able to run these games on 60fps.

    Good afternoon mayan_s !

    What is the EXACT model of your laptop?
    Are the drivers up to date?
    Is the appliance set to High Performance in the power profile?
    Play connected to the power outlet?
    Are you using GeForce Experience?

    Good day MaClane!
    My laptop model is Nitro NP515-51.
    Yes, the drivers are up to date, I use Geforce Experience to update and sometimes optimize the games.
    I play games while the laptop is connected to the power outlet.
    I have also checked the temperatures:
    CPU : 60-70
    GPU : around 70
    while gaming.

    Is the device set to High Performance in the Windows power profile?
    Is it set to High Performance on the Nvidia panel too?
    Did you upgrade the Intel driver for the i5-8250U?
    Also, try reinstalling the Nvidia driver, but this time without using GeForce Experience.
    It is already known to limit performance on some systems.

    Yes, the device is set to High Performance in the power profile and control panel too.
    I have also set the video games in Nvidia Control panel to use the Nvidia GPU.
    I'll try reinstalling the driver, but the performance has been the same since the last few updates.

    Did you download and update the integrated GPU driver?

    https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/124967/Intel-Core-i5-8250U-Processor-6M-Cache-up-to-3-40-GHz-

    Check the Windows Update panel to see what caused the problem and uninstall this update.
    Then check not to receive it again.

    Reinstalled the Intel Graphics driver too.
    Well, the performance has been the same since I got the laptop.
    So I wanted to check if this is the performance this laptop gives or is it a hardware or software problem, I have updated all the drivers so maybe it's a hardware issue.
