Upgrading to a 1080 Display(Acer Aspire E5-576-53A1)

Hello everyone, 
I hope this is the right place to ask my question, I have a Acer Aspire E5-576-53A1 with Intel i5-8250U, Intel UHD Graphics and somehow DDR3L ram, i want to upgrade to a 1080 display and am told that the connector is 30pin and is same for 1080 as well as the lower ones, it currently has a 720P display i think, do both displays have the same connector? if so which screen should i opt for. Secondly i wanted to add a backlit keyboard and saw an empty connector in the service hub at the bottom, is it possible? 
My battery time is around 3-4 hrs, the laptop was advertised as having around 8 hrs, is there a way to upgrade the non-removable battery?

(1) The part #s for the compatible FHD panels are shown below
(2) Backlit KB part # 6B.GF2N7.028. Google search indicates about $75.
(3) The 8 hr battery life is under extremely light, intermittent-use conditions. 3-4 hours seems more typical under normal continuous use.
