Acer Predator Helios 300 Does not overheat while in battery

Hi, i have a Acer Predator Helios 300 and while i  am gaming under battery it does not overheat, sure i lost some fps, but i want to know how can i run the game while plugged as if it was in battery settings?
Specs:
Predator G3-571
GeForce GTX 1060
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700HQ CPU @2.80Hz'
15.89 GB RAM
Windows 10 x64

    Running on battery will severely limit laptop performance - noticeable little for smaller games n more for heavier ones. Games that peak resources are barely playable on battery.
    You can try setting processor performance at 99% when on power (in power settings) and reduce power a little. This will still raise temps but since turbo won't turn on, it would be comparatively cooler (when compared to CPU at 100%). Also shift power plan from windows 10 performance plan to BALANCED.

    how do i set the processor performance at 99%? I could not find it in power settings.
