How much is your undervolt? When you begin to experience lags that means the voltage is not enough and you have to increase the voltage a bit(reduce undervolting).
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

I have undervolt (-123)and then (-80.1) still game lagging CPU cache , CPU core and intel

Don't undervolt the Intel graphics just cache and core, and make sure cache and core voltages are the same.

It is possible that you might need less undervolt. I suggest you to run aida64 stress test to check if the system will crash on -80mV.

How to check aida64 stress test?
