My brand new laptop Predator helios 500 PH517-61 (amd version)

It has a smooth gameplay when connected to power but when discconected from the power cable it lags a lot in games like far cry , farcry  etcc.. ,can anyone find a solution

    Laptops, in general, are NOT designed to game heavy on battery. The power the components pull can't be supplied by battery. So you need to be connected to power supply if you want to play heavy games. Battery is for normal day to day tasks.

    That is completely normal as it was said above the battery will only be good to browse etc light tasks, regarding gaming the battery is needed to help the adapter when this one cannot provide enough power in high demanding tasks/games always play on AC and make sure the battery is 100% charged befor you start long sessions
