Hello everyone. I've bought ACER A515-52G-54TS recently and I experience the audio output problem. When I plug headphones in everything works fine, but when I try to connect my external amplifier it isn't detected. The socket is of course headphones+microphone 3.5 jack.
Here's what I did until now:
1/ checked settings in control panel, audio etc. - everythings fine;
2/ downloaded latest drivers;
3/ checked different devices - I plugged different headphones - each of them worked;
4/ connected the amplifier with the same cable to different sources - it worked;
5/ connected the cable via cheap jack-jack extension cord - it worked! but the quality of sound was extremely poor;
6/ changed plugs on a cable - soldered a new jack - still didn't work.

I see there's something wrong either with socket or with a plug, but soldering a new one didn't help. Suprisingly the plug quality might have something to do (I used REAN plug and change it to Amphenol - still doesn't work), the cheap extension partially helped.
Can anyone suggest what I should do now? I read the other topics and nobody seem to experience the same problem. Maybe I missed something?
