Hello,
I am having some issues with my CPU fan. Everything was good, but after resetting windows 10 my cpu fan doesn't start. On predatorsense it always shows 0 rpm. After restarting my PC it came back to normal, but just for one time. Next time I turned my PC on it was at 0 rpm and never starts running again. It makes strange buzzing sound as it wants to start spinning it can't. But I tried spinning it with my hand it spins, it's not stuck..

Hi so by what i understood the fan stops completely right if so contact the seller/shop where you bought it for a warranty repair/replacement if they refuse in some way contact acer directly this assuming you are still on warranty do not try to fix it if the fan stops might be a faulty connector cable the fan itself or even the mobo power connector do not try to use it with the fan not working as it will reach the max cpu temp and crash/shutdown to not burn the cpu or any other hardware in xase you are out of warranty you would have to look for a replacement fan yourself and try to fix it or get a repair shop to do it hope this helps

like the person said before, you may want to contact Acer about it... I had somewhat of the same problem, but being that I could not send my laptop to repair because of the shipping cost and time, I ended up changing the fans myself.
This probably voided my warranty, but I kinda dont care at this point.
i got both fans for $20 and have been using the laptop a lot on games so I defiantly stress tested the fans.
so for $20 on the fans and $10 for an Artic MX-4 thermal paste, I was able to get my laptop fixed and get some awesome thermal results!!!

That is another solution if he is willing to fix it himself and maybe void the warranty if the shop/seller where he bought it will not allow him to open it to for ex upgrade the ssd or if he has seals in the screws or any other place that he would break by opening it i myself upgraded my ssd to 2tb, the memory to 32gb hyperx and repasted with kryonaut in the first week i got it but as i said i didn't had any seals neither voided my warranty doing it it all depends on the country/seller
