Hey!

I just bought new XG270HUOMIDPX last week. Problem is that every game is flickering when I put "G-SYNC, G-SYNC Compatible" on from NVIDIA Control panel. I have also put V-sync on and "Monitor technology" to G-sync compatible, power management is maximum performance, preferred refresh rate at highest available. Problem goes away when I disable G-SYNC Compatible mode.

I have tried:
-different DisplayPort cable
-different DisplayPort slot on GPU (Palit RTX 2080 GameRock Premium)
-cleaning and reinstalling drivers with DDU
-older drivers

Also, when you put black image to fullscreen on my monitor you can clearly see that image isin't pitch black and you can see lighter spots on screen. So I have light leakage too.

Are these warranty issues? What should I do?

do you have a pic of the bleeding?  IPS panels are prone to some light bleed but there is a level where it becomes unacceptable.  A non-pitch black image isn't necessarily an issue but depends very much on the contrast ratio that the panel can do.  Very black comes with very good quality panels, and less black is a lower quality (and therefore less expensive) panel.    But to start with, post a pic of a black screen with the light bleed.
