My Acer Helios 300 Keyboard light doesn't work anymore after getting it back from repair!

So I sent my laptop for to repair the power button. I got it back today.. It works perfectly now but then I noticed the keyboard light doesn't light up anymore. Yes I pressed FN+f9. Doesnt work. Yes I tried other FN keys they work perfectly. Is there any driver or internal settings? My final answer will be they messed up the light when they replaced the whole keyboard. Please Help.

    It is probably a defective backlight. I suggest you to contact Acer and send it to the service centre again.
    Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

    Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

    Either they messed up somehow or they replaced you keyboard with a non backlit one version
