Hace unos meses me compré por Internet una Acer Switch SW3-013 con Windows 10, la cuestión es que no funciona el touch y ya probe lo siguiente:
- Actualizando el BIOS a la versión 1.10 mediante el driver Master Installer (BIOS 1.10 + Platform driver included)
- Restableciendo Windows 10 Home a estado de fábrica mediante Windows, pues no tenía las aplicaciones de Acer
- Instalando Windows 10 Home de 32 Bits desde cero, incluso eliminando todas las particiones
- Realizando varias procedimientos, pero hasta el momento ninguno funciona...
