Issue with Acer nitro 5

Heya. My laptop suddenly froze the other day while gaming. I had to force shut it down in the end and it hasn't worked properly since. Alot of windows stopped responding constantly and then it started to take ages to boot up. I even did a full factory reset to try and fix the problem and that didn't even work. And the reset took about 13 hours.
After the first crash too it would randomly beep 3 times, the beeping has stopped now though
I'm not quite sure what there is left to do to fix it

    Worried to know that even after performing Factory reset your computer issue persists. I suspect it is hardware [RAM] related issue. If your computer is under manufacturer's warranty period, please contact Acer Technical Support in your region https://www.acer.com/worldwide/ and get help.
