With ACER Aspire E14 E5-432G-P33Q, I would like to create ACER Factory Default Backup to my external SSD Drive (ADATA S510 120GB).

After the process, I have found that the program set the partition to my SSD with 32GB FAT32 and left the 79.79GB blank.
I use "Disk Management" to format that left partition.
It pass an hour but it is still not finished.
I wonder "Is there any problem with my SSD drive?"
Please suggest.

It looks likely that the drive has been spoofed to look larger than it is. :(
Most I have seen like that were flash drives, but it's just as easy to forge an SSD as a flash.

After 2 hours of waiting, I restarted my computer.
It restarted without any warning the something was on process.
When it was ready, I checked my SSD. That F: was marked RAW.
I decided to delete the E: partition.
Then I formatted the total 120GB.
It got back without any problem.
I thought that I misunderstand to use SSD as backup thumb drive.
I will find thumb drive to do it later.
    Thanks for reading.

Make sure you run a full chkdsk on the SSD so you can verify it's all functional. A quick format will not do that.
