ACER ASPIRE A717-72G hard drive question..is it possible to remove the SSD from the laptop

i want to add a bigger hard drive to the laptop and wanted to remove the SSD and add a single bigger drive.. is this possible to do?? i have opened the compartment under the laptop and all i see is an open space for a hard drive. i dont see the SSD drive in there..i know i can add a second drive. but i want to know if i can swap out the SSD one??

    The SSD inside the laptop is M.2 SSD, which is connected on an M.2 port and yes you can replace the SSD.
    Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

    Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.
