Touch function disabling from infrequent use on T232HL
I have two T232HL Acer touchscreen monitors that are deployed as kiosk screens in retail stores. Both screens worked fine the first two months of owning them. Over the last two months these screens both will disable their touch functions after being inactive for an hour or two. The screen isn't responsive to touch unless I run a power cycle on the screens. You could imagine what this is doing for my walkup customers to be able to use my software platform. Please advise on possible defects or Windows settings that can perhaps keep the screen active through the day.
