Keyboard and Mouse lag XC-885

When I use the supplied wireless keyboard and mouse, I sometimes get a lag when the mouse cursor moves but doesn't select anything and letters are missed when typing. When I wait several seconds, the functionality returns but some letters will have been missed. I am currently using an old Logitech keyboard and Dell mouse (both wired) and I don't have the problem. I have seen many reports of similar problems on Google following a recent Win 10 upgrade, however the wide range of suggested solutions indicates that nobody really understands the problem. Any suggestions?

Please try to update the driver .
Check is there updates from windows and try to run it and check

Select "Device Manager" from the pane on the left. Expand the Keyboards section, right-click on the keyboard you want to repair and choose "Uninstall." Click the Windows "Start" button and select "Restart." When your computer boots up, Windows will detect your keyboard and install the driver.

Click on 'Yes' if the comment answers your question!

Thanks guys, I tried replacing the keyboard and mouse batteries and the keyboard driver but still had the problem. I'm currently using an old logitech keyboard and dell mouse, both wired, without a problem.
